Reef Warrior boards

Casey’s Blog:

Yup you read the title correct, and finally Da Reef will have custom boards to call her own. I have been chained up in the “Board room” all winter, Sipping rum and Mixing epoxy or maybe it’s the other way around? Either way I have completed 3 different Kitesurf models totaling 4 boards. My goal was to create high performance lightweight Kitesurf boards, as with any kind of board I am going to create. So far I am very happy with the results.
I have been riding Kitesurf boards for over 10 years now and I have never ever really been stoked with any board I tried or have owned in that category Kite/Surf/Wake/ect. Thus I had lots of ideas and inspirations floating around my head to make them perform better. Plus I wanted to start off building small instead of big projects like SUP boards, which is up next in the board room. Hint Hint.

Hard work Making these Rum sticks!

Lake Effect 5’4 x 20 ½” x 2 ¼” 5.4lb Bamboo/carbon construction. Target: Light to med wind/waves, do and shred everything board

Kite Stick 5’10 x 19 ½” x 2 5/16” 6.2lb Bamboo construction. Target: High wind/waves, Fast and snappy.

Speed Racer 5’ x 20 ½” x 2 ½” 6.2lb Carbon/S-glass construction. Target: Light wind/waves, cruzing and blasting fun board

  1. Looking forward to The pirate Lou FAT GUY sup. Hope it come with a cup holder for my rum and a bikini board caddy. Oh yeah and a mast track so it can wind sup too!!!

  2. I must say they look professional. I wonder if you could paddle one, surf hbay, or try it in deep powder on the lake. The one with the most toys wins… I’ll store some at my cottage if you run out of room…
